Food Around the World

Every country has its own special food. Let's go on a trip around the world and try some!

Pizza comes from Italy. It is bread with tomato and cheese on top. People in Italy eat pizza with their hands or with a knife and fork.

Sushi is from Japan. It is rice with fish or vegetables. Some sushi has raw fish. People eat sushi with chopsticks.

Kabsa is a famous dish in Saudi Arabia. It is rice with chicken or meat and many spices. Families often eat kabsa together on Fridays. It is delicious!

Tacos are from Mexico. A taco is a small, round bread. Inside, there is meat, beans, cheese and vegetables. Some tacos are very hot and spicy!

In India, people eat curry. Curry has vegetables or meat in a hot sauce. People eat it with rice or a bread called naan.
