معاني look up مع الأمثلة

to find information about something in a dictionary, a book, or online

2.يرفع نظره، ينظر إلى أعلى

ملاحظات مهمة للمتعلم العربي
إذا كان المفعول ضميراً مثل it أو them فإنه يأتي في الوسط: look it up. ولا تخلط بينه وبين look up to بمعنى «يحترم شخصاً ويُعجب به»، فإضافة to تغيّر المعنى تماماً.
